3 Règlement Répertoire statistique
Regulation (EC) No 177/2008 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 20 February 2008 establishing a common framework for business registers for statistical purposes and repealing Council Regulation (EEC) No 2186/93. OJ L 61, , p. 6-16 The original, repealed BR Regulation (2186/93) was a compromise between what was desirable and what could reasonably be achieved during the 1990s. The initial position regarding registers differed greatly from one country to another. Some countries had to develop their registers or, in some cases, even create one, whereas others needed only to adapt their existing register to meet the requirements of the original BR Regulation. The new BR Regulation can be seen as consolidating the harmonisation of business registers, as well as extending requirements to cover additional variables, notably at enterprise group level. 8 Les projets en développement
FRIBS Framework Regulation for Integrated Business Statistics - C’est le nouveau règlement cadre européen de la statistique d’entreprise en préparation. Il aura pour but d’améliorer la cohérence des différentes statistiques d’entreprises. L’ensemble des règlements existants sur les entreprises devraient être intégrés en un seul. - La définition des unités statistiques (notamment enterprise et enterprise group) sera révisée ESBR (European System of interoperable business registers) : rédaction d’un manuel international sur les répertoires statistiques (guidelines) (mai 2014 ?)
