ORGANISATION BIOTERRA 2013 a été mené par une équipe de professionnels de FICOBA et un Comité Organisateur, conformément à l’article 2 du Règlement du Salon. 4 CARACTÉRISTIQUES DU SALON
Dates : 7, 8 et 9 juin 2013 Horaires : Vendredi, et dimanche de 10h à 20h Samedi de 10h à 21h Caractéristiques les plus remarquables de BIOTERRA 2013 : Comme lors des années précédentes, les paramètres de cette neuvième édition sont, une fois de plus, positifs, avec une croissance tant en terme d’exposants (13%) que de visiteurs (55%). 5 CARACTÉRISTIQUES DU SALON
Nous avons eu des nouveaux espaces destinés à la divulgation, en plus des habituels qui sont l’Auditorium et l’Exhibitor’s Corner. Ce deuxième est intégré dans l’espace des pavillons et permet aux exposants de faire connaitre et expliquer leur offre de produits et services aux visiteurs. Nous avons crée un nouveau espace nommé « Sukaldean » destiné aux démonstrations de cuisine et des nouvelles activités comme des ateliers d’initiation à l’agriculture biologique, des ateliers de maquillage bio et des ateliers d’éco construction. Cette année le programme pour les visiteurs a compté sur plus de 70 conférences et activités. Les sujets principales ont été l’agriculture biologique, l’éco construction, les énergies renouvelables, la consommation responsable, les certifications bio l’Economie Verte, parmi autres. 6 CARACTÉRISTIQUES DU SALON
De la théorie à la pratique. Dans cette édition de Bioterra, les visiteurs ont pu assister à des stages d’usage du velo en ville, de la main de l’EVE (Entité Basque de l’Énergie). Dans l’espace GEOBAT ont eu lieu plusieurs démonstrations et explications pour les visiteurs. Cette année nous avons assiste à trois types de démonstrations: démo de Géobiologie, démo d’énergies renouvelables de la main de l’Instit Professionnel Bidasoa, démonstrations d’éco construction par Ekian (Association de professionnels de l’éco construction) et démonstrations de cuisine par plusieurs cuisiniers. Les enfants ont aussi eu des ateliers de recyclage et la ville d’Irun à aussi été présente a travers de Saborea Irun Dastatu dans laquelle plusieurs établissements d’Irun ont offert au public des pintxos bio.
