6 Pick-Up Should be done by courier known by shipper

7 Loading at Shipper All shipments to be accounted for

9 Departing from DHL Origin Site

10 Departing from GTW/HUB
Shipments to be accounted for when loaded into aircraft/container All pieces to be checked against loading manifest Status check to be conducted before loading Origin to ensure that pre-alert has been fully implemented Sécurité et Traçabilité des Marchandises | Morocco | January 24th 2008

11 Arriving Destination GTW/HUB
Immediately upon arriving shipments are to be accounted for Shipments/pieces to be checked against loading manifest Check status of shipments for discrepancies, signs of pilferage etc Sécurité et Traçabilité des Marchandises | Morocco | January 24th 2008

12 Miscellaneous Dedicated staff to conduct shipment control and status check All checks and controls to be done under supervision Provide a list stating the staff present during the control and check of shipments At each check-point there should be a shipment status control for signs of pilferage, damaged goods etc Discrepancies, signs of pilferage, damaged goods etc should be documented either with digital pictures or video recording All incidents to be escalated immediately to security with copy to origin (this includes discrepancies in shipment status, signs of pilferage, damaged goods etc) All security related incidents to be reported into SID Security investigation to be initiated Sécurité et Traçabilité des Marchandises | Morocco | January 24th 2008
