5 D- Necessity to maintain global communication and action to defend right, but this isnt enough at all… - Effort of reflexivity and work of critical vigilance; - Specific training for sports managers (teacher in physical education or sport trainers who works with children), directors, referees, parents, etc. Homophobia and heterosexism are thus conveyed by a multitude of procedures and attitudes inscribed in our institutions, and anyone among us may reproduce them…
