All the words below are adverbs of frequency – they tell us how often something happens. 1. souvent 2. de temps en temps 3. toujours 4. rarement – often – from time to time – always – seldom 5. deux fois par jour 6. ne…jamais 7. trois fois par semaine 8. toute la journée – twice a day – never – three times a week – all day
