Le membre non plongeur peut participer aux séances de piscine à condition de fournir un certificat médical ne provenant pas nécessairement d’un médecin fédéral. Le membre non plongeur n'a pas le droit de vote  à l'AG. Le membre non plongeur n'a pas besoin de licence de la FFESSM.
