Example: your (2nd person) Est-ce que ta soeur a des yeux bleus? Ton frère est intelligent.
Example: 3rd person his/hers Monique a un beau livre. Son livre est beau. Jean a une drole photo. Sa photo est drôle.

Possessive adjective for the 1st person plural we/our Sg. Notre voiture est rouge. Our car is red. Pl. Nos voitures sont rouges. Our cars are red.
Possessive adjective for the 2nd person plural you all/your Sg. Votre crayon est petit. Your pencil is small. Pl. Vos crayons sont petits. Your crayons are small.
Possessive adjective for the 3rd person plural they/their Sg. Leur chien est grand. Their dog is big. Pl. Leurs chiens sont grands. Their dogs are big.
