+ = J’aime jouer au basket. INPUT: teach ‘J’aime jouer’ – students already know ‘au basket’ and are challenged to recall this
= + Je n’aime pas jouer au foot. INPUT: teach ‘Je n’aime pas jouer’ – students already know ‘au foot’ and are challenged to recall this
= + J’adore jouer au ping-pong. INPUT: teach ‘J’adore jouer’ – students already know ‘au ping-pong’ and are challenged to recall this. ‘Adore’ is a cognate.
