Warm up From where you live (point A) to KHS (point B), write about minimum of 10 streets that your bus take to get you in school; basically you use few expressions: the bus goes straight ( le bus va tout droit); the bus takes right ( le bus tourne à droite); the bus takes left (le bus tourne à gauche). Let your smart phone help you! Be on task!!!

To remember To indicate where things are, you might also want to use à gauche de ( to the left of), à droite de ( to the right of), or près de (near). Don’t forget that after these prepositions, de becomes du before masculine nouns and des before plural nouns. It doesn’t change before feminine nouns or nouns that begin with vowel. Ex. A gauche du salon…; Près de la cuisine…; à côté de l’étagère…
