First of all, lets review For todays lesson, you are going to need to know the verb «to go,» or aller.

Aller: to go Je vais Tu vas Il va nous allons vous allez ils vont

Thats «to go,» but how do you say «to?»

«to» in french is à So, you would say «Je vais _________la fête.»

The catch à changes depending on what is following it. à + a le word = au à + a la word = à la à + a les word = aux
