General Information Integration Installation Non Conformities: EDMS J. Coupard EN-MEF3 INC DTL Les manifolds de refroidissement des DTL 2 et 3 ne sont toujours pas intégrés, alors que ceux du DTL3 sont en place. Les manifolds du DTL1 sont eux présents dans l'intégration, mais devront etre mis a jour « as-built ». En considerant les memes dimensions et « empatement », les manifold du DTL2 ne pourront pas etre installés, mais ca reste une supposition vu qu'on ne les a pas dans l'intégration. INC beam Loss Monitors Les supports des BLM dans la tunnel principal ont été installés. Certains genent le reste de l'installation et devront etre demontés et remontés seulement en fin d'installation. D'autres ne sont pas correctement positionnés. Enfin, tous doivent être « retaillés » comme cela avait été convenu, afin de minimiser l'emprise sur l'environnement voisin et sortir des zones réservées, notamment la zone transport. INC Electricite Le convertisseur RPZEW01 ? n'a pas été installé à l'endroit prévu, soit dans la continuité des autres convertisseurs (RPZEW02 et 03). De plus, l'intégration n'a pas été consultee pour valider cette position. Enfin, il apparait que les 3 convertisseurs sus-nommés sont bien plus longs que initialement prevu (plan SPLEY___7001 indice C). a noter egalement que dans la derniere version de ce meme plan, le convertisseur en question ne figure plus. INC Charpente 410-U La passerelle au-dessus des guides d'ondes des PIMS presente plusieurs points non conformes ne rendant pas possible l'installation des points fixes RF au sol. Les 'portiques' 2,8 et 10 doivent etre deplacés en conséquence, soit de manière symmetrique par rapport à l'axe de la ligne RF, materialisée au sol (voir exemple photo page 3) 2 ?
