Contexte Context : SCOR wants to establish a set of generic mailboxes to receive mail from brokers, cedents and external experts in order to ensure better organization and better traceability of incoming documents Objectives : The purpose of the DMS - LOT 2 application is standardize the processing of incoming emails by automatically collecting them from generic mailboxes, read the contents of these emails, capture the maximum of fields following business rules, enrich this informations before exporting them to target application. It proposes a generic process allowing to define capture process with generic mail boxes and recognize from incoming mails a set of metadata and make them available to business users Process : 4
