Objectives Contribue to GDF SUEZ positioning & external communication through valorization of European energy activities & strengthen affiliates communication Press relations : Structure process between Division and affiliates level Manage press relations (with local press offices) taking Group policy into account Set up & put at disposal external communication tools: Division Brochures, presentations… Website Activity/Sustainable report, Assist entities in implementing: Branding policy Web passport Stimulate communication network Benchmark efficiency & contribute to local communication performance

Set up a specific press DEE review Procedures Set up & implementation of press procedures aiming at proactivity, fluid communication, clear validation process DEE press file Have at disposal an up-to-date DEE press file with objectives, startegy, scope, participations,… Crisis communication Identify roles & prepare standard messages and set up validation process

Assist entities in implempenting Group Branding policy (in collaboration with Support Operations Dptmt) Manage planning Renaming & rebranding of local websites Assist entities in implempenting Group web passport
