Product Training Stator Replacement 7 Remove the conduit box lid using the appropriate metric socket. SEW-EURODRIVE—Driving the world Step 2

Product Training Stator Replacement 9 Remove the four (4) Torx screws inside the conduit box. SEW-EURODRIVE—Driving the world Step 4

Product Training Stator Replacement 12 Using a metric nut-driver, remove the 4 small screws that hold the fan guard in place. SEW-EURODRIVE—Driving the world Step 7

Product Training Stator Replacement 14 Using the external snapring pliers, remove the snapring that secures the fan. SEW-EURODRIVE—Driving the world Step 9

Product Training Stator Replacement 15 With the medium-sized flat-tip screwdriver, gently pry the fan up and down to loosen and remove it. Use caution to avoid damaging the fan! SEW-EURODRIVE—Driving the world Step 10

Product Training Stator Replacement 18 Using the appropriate metric socket, remove the four (4) motor tension rods. SEW-EURODRIVE—Driving the world Step 13

Product Training Stator Replacement 19 Place the medium-sized flat-tip screwdriver between the stator and the motor end bell.Gently pry the stator at several locations to loosen it.Use caution to avoid damaging the stator fins! SEW-EURODRIVE—Driving the world Step 14

Product Training Stator Replacement 24 Slide the replacement stator onto the rotor. same position as the previous stator. Rotate the stator until the conduit box is located at the SEW-EURODRIVE—Driving the world Step 18

Product Training Stator Replacement 25 Line up the tension rod holes.Then, gently tap the stator onto the flange. SEW-EURODRIVE—Driving the world Step 19

Product Training Stator Replacement 27 Place the motor end shield onto the rotor while keeping the wavy washer aligned. Rotate the end shield until the tension rod holes are aligned and tap the end shield into place. SEW-EURODRIVE—Driving the world Step 21

Product Training Stator Replacement 28 Using the appropriate metric socket and driver, install the four (4) motor tension rods. SEW-EURODRIVE—Driving the world Step 22

Product Training Stator Replacement 29 Lubricate the rubber v-ring with oil or grease. against the motor end shield. Slide it over the end of the rotor shaft until it seats firmly SEW-EURODRIVE—Driving the world Step 23

Product Training Stator Replacement 33 Place the fan guard over the fan, lining up the fan guard holes with the holes in the end shield. SEW-EURODRIVE—Driving the world Step 27

Product Training Stator Replacement 34 Using the appropriate metric socket and driver, install the four (4) fan screws. SEW-EURODRIVE—Driving the world Step 28

Product Training Stator Replacement 36 Using the four (4) Torx screws and Torx driver, install the conduit box into its previous location to ensure that any drain holes remain in their proper position. SEW-EURODRIVE—Driving the world Step 30
