1 Pour poser des questions
Il y a 4 façons de poser une question en français:

2 I. Simple! café? un veux Tu veux un café. Tu café ? au est Elle
Elle est au café. Simply raise the tone of your voice and voilà!

3 II. Est-ce que(qu’)… Est-ce que tu veux un café? Tu veux un café.
Est-ce qu'elle est au café? Elle est au café. Simply add est-ce que(qu’) in front of the phrase and voilà!

4 III.Tag (you’re it!) Tu veux un café, n'est-ce pas? Tu veux un café. Elle est au café, n'est-ce pas? Elle est au café. Simply tag (add) n’est-ce pas to the end of the phrase and voilà!

5 IV. Flip-flop! Veux-tu un café? Tu veux un café. Est-elle au café?
Elle est au café. Notez: Avec la forme du verbe pour il/elle/on, si le verbe ne se termine pas en “t”, tu dois ajouter –t-. Joue-t-elle au foot? Etudie-t-il beaucoup?

6 Asking questions Ask the following in French: Ex: Ask your friend if he/she likes to play video games Est-ce que tu aimes jouer aux jeux vidéo? 1) Ask your friends if they are at home (Are y’all at home?) 2) Ask your brother if your sister is in class (Is my sister in class?) 3) Ask your sister if ya’ll (the family) are having dinner at the restaurant Sunday (Are we having dinner at the restaurant Sunday?) 4) Ask your friend if he/she wants to dance (Do you want to dance?) 5) Ask your friends if they watch TV often (Do you y’all watch TV often?)  remember that you may use one of the three styles of asking questions: - Write the phrase and add a question mark. - Add Est-ce que(qu’) to the beginning of the phrase and add a question mark. - Flip the subject pronoun and verb, add a hyphen, finish the phrase and add a question mark.
