By Jacques AUJOULAT (VP Fondation du Patrimoine for Auvergne) 18 / 10 / 2016 Branche Auvergne Association PMI France (Chapitre) Summary: Presentation of the “Fondation du Patrimoine” (renovation of french architectural and natural heritage) and explanation on how they manage their project portfolio. The regional group (Auvergne) handles around 300 to 400 projects simultaneously, thanks to a well-designed and standardized process and a collaborative web platform which tracks all information including financial aspects for donations and sponsorship. Significant outcomes / Values for the profession, the Chapter, the members, the partners: In this environment of sponsorship and donations for architectural renovation, the individual projects and portfolio are managed with described methods and processes. A central tool is used to follow the status of the projects and to monitor the use of the budgets coming from citizen subscriptions. For donators the value is seen as reputation enhancement and local involvement, with high visibility / publicity. . Analysis of load / capacity (renovation costs out of available budget) are produced to monitor the landing of the spending.
