25 LHC «warm» vacuum schedule
For the time being it fits, but there are no margin anymore !! Julie is tracking everyday any change, and is trying to minimize the impact (up to a certain point !). 27 Xmas activities (1/2) Ss Jura - No access to LHC1 –ATLAS –LHC18 – SPS6 –SPS7 PM76 lift – No access to P7 – PM15 intervention canceled (resources availability) Safety tests – No access from mid-arc to mid-arc AUG Meyrin west - No demineralized water production AUG Meyrin admin - No compressed air production in Meyrin and Pt 18 18kV maintenance at P1 – No access to LHC1 & ATLAS Pt 8 – No access to underground on January 6th and 7th (EMD4 switchboard – HV cells) DSO and DMC not available during Xmas holidays -> No profesionnal visits What do we do in case ? 13/12/13 LSC - EN-MEF-OSS

29 Overall progress Injectors LHC Good progress
Access commissioning plan almost fixed (looking at control) To be analyzed: beam instrumentation availability LHC Good progress, but Tight schedule for DFBA and activities around “warm” vacuum 13/12/13 LSC - EN-MEF-OSS
