L’Objectif de la formation
Personal Development planning has been recognised as a essential part of the HE experience sine 1997. It is intended that this should be a student-led process but that students should be supported to develop by the university. Your academic tutors will help you to do this within your programme of study, and there are many other opportunities in the wider student experience which will contribute to your development. My role is to help to make the transformation which you go through explicit so that you can talk about what you have gained personally as a result of your studies.
