4 Faire Causatif To say that you are having something done use the verb faire followed by the infinitive of the verb that describes the action being done. ( ex. Je fais nettoyer mon costume tous les mois.) When the verb is reflexive the pronoun goes before faire. ( ex. Ils se font couper les cheveux chez Jean- Louis David.) In the passé compose the reflective pronoun goes before the helping verb. (ex. Je me suis fait faire une permanente.)
