5 Les « Juloded » paysans marchands de toile de lin dominèrent la société rurale du Léon, entre le 15ème et la fin du 19ème siècle.  Louis Elégoët brossera le tableau de cette caste paysanne, avant une excursion sur le terrain dans une semaine.
