LE premier novembre en France est un jour férié. On célèbre la Toussaint et on fleurit les tombes avec des chrysanthèmes. Il ne faut jamais offrir des chrysanthèmes pour une autre occasion. Il est beau= we know according to the context you were talking of a park. Park is masculine, so it becomes a “he”. Il makes it specific, you know it is the park that is beautiful, not “it” in general (the whole place)
