1 Notes to teacher Slides 2–15: tell the story and elicit the meaning. Then encourage the children to repeat the telling of the story with you. Play slides 16 – 29 where parts of the words are missing. Pupils recall the missing words. Slide 30 tells the whole story and could be printed as a handout. More activities on “La semaine de Snoopy activities” file Slide 1 can be printed out, cut up and used as a re-ordering activity or a listening activity where pupils hold up the appropriate picture when the teacher/another pupil reads out that sentence. Slide 2 can be printed out and used as a reading and writing activity “La semaine de Snoopy Activity 3” Slides can be printed off for pupils to fill in the missing words. “La semaine de Snoopy with words missing” Pupils re-tell the story and supply the missing words

3 Lundi il gèle. Snoopy fait de l’hockey sur glace avec Woodstock

4 Mardi il neige. Snoopy fait du ski avec Woodstock

5 Mercredi il fait gris. Snoopy regarde le ciel avec Woodstock.

6 Jeudi il fait du vent. Snoopy fait de la moto avec Woodstock.

7 Vendredi il pleut. Snoopy fait une promenade avec Woodstock et un ami.

8 Samedi matin il fait chaud. Snoopy fait du surf avec Woodstock.

9 Mais samedi après-midi il se dispute avec Woodstock.

10 Samedi soir il y a de l’orage. Snoopy est seul. Il ne dort pas.

11 Dimanche matin il fait froid
Dimanche matin il fait froid. Donc Snoopy boit un chocolat chaud mais il est toujours seul. Où est Woodstock?

12 Je suis désolé…. Woodstock.
Dimanche après-midi il fait beau. Snoopy écrit une lettre à Woodstock. Je suis désolé…. Woodstock.

13 Plus tard Woodstock revient avec une fleur. Il fait du soleil.
Je suis désolé, Snoopy.

14 Enfin les deux amis s’embrassent

15 Dimanche soir il fait chaud
Dimanche soir il fait chaud. Les deux amis font un barbecue dans le jardin.
