General program within RENATER toward French Data center Ethernet VPN (EVPN) provides L2VPN multipoint allowing an institution to span a LAN over several sites with additional feature Load sharing, VM mobility, Disaster recovery plan Multiple data planes: MPLS, IP … Data Center Interconnect: EVPN provides a network support for highly virtualized multi-tenants in Data Center Full fill DCI requirement

14 EOSC et le réseau RENATER est intéressé par aider à la réalisation du projet EOSC pour la partie réseau : pour sa partie Française et pour sa partie Européenne RENATER travaillera sous la bannière de GEANT RENATER collaborera avec la partie Française du projet Première tranche d’un projet plus important financé en partie par l'EC dans les prochaines années 02/12/2018

15 EOSC Positionnement dans le projet
Vision du projet Le projet est composé en plusieurs couches Une serait une couche d'infrastructure. La partie réseau n'est qu'une petite partie de cette couche infrastructure. Première tâche est l'établissement d'une infrastructure stable pour ce projet sur laquelle d'autres aspects fonctionnels pourraient être construits objectifs de la partie réseau : fournir à plusieurs NRENs une infrastructure transparente Réutiliser les services réseaux existants qui ont fait leurs preuves. Aucun a priori quant à la solution réseau, seul l'intérêt du projet compte.  02/12/2018
