SCORCHING HEAT There will be more people who will die because of the high temperatures (heat-related deaths will triple). A doomsday scenario is a story of how possible events could cause human extinction and / or the destruction of all or most life on Earth. (‘collapsing’ = effondrement)

What will be the consequences of global warming on Britain?
If we don’t stop global warming , Britain will face high temperatures. If we don’t stop global warming , crops will be destroyed. What could also happen? The temperatures could reach 48°C. Britain could be invaded by Asian tiger mosquitoes.
