Pooling relevant research projects in relation to solve population health problems to optimize funding (organize workshops according to a well-defined agenda); Develop joint projects for a more appropriate submission for grants (organize workshops according to a well-defined agenda)

16 OS3:Improve the mobility of students and teachers at the subregional level
Financing mobility and student-to-student exchanges at the subregional level; ACE in English speaking Promoting the mobility of teachers as part of the support for the various training courses in African universities Funding complementary training wich are useful for our universities and health system (4 internship funding by DES, Master, PhD)

Organize an annual day of excellence at CEA-SAMEF Participate actively in the organization of scientific meetings Organize public conferences on priority public health topics in the field of maternal and child health Create a journal of the CEA-SAMEF Center of Excellence

18 OS5:Implementing useful strategies for revenue generation
Establish partnership with local authorities and / or NGOs for training human resources at community level Establish conventions with subregional universities for very specific fields (Guinea, Niger, Mali): research training; simulation; E.learning Establish agreements with the Ministries of Health of Senegal of the countries of the sub-region in the context of the implementation of strategic plans and the sale of expertise (payment of royalties)
