2 The mandate of the SPO B For all PH-EP offices: Negotiate, establish and publicise policies for space allocation and management. Regularly assess policy implementation. Review policies in the light of any of implementation delays and/or changing circumstances Establish the PH policy with respect to acquisition of new space and conversion of existing space. Establish the PH policy with respect to exchange or reallocation of space between departments. Estimate the evolution of PH-EP space requirements through the years of LHC commissioning and early physics operation

4 4 2. projets en cours - regroupement groupe ESE - réorganisation au 904 de CMS après cession de : I-3, I-4, 184, 283 (ex ISR) et 867 - suivis ou consolidations projets 2010 Salle polyvalente 216 et 222 (2x200 places) bilan exploitation burotel 510 : 90+90 places de travail, dont 50% en service, totalité en dec pavillon 588 : restrictions RP ( en jeu 75 à 150 places de travail ) hall 275 (ISOLDE) : restriction RP ( en jeu 25 places de travail ) mise en service bât 42 : 300 places de travail à disposition fin 2010

7 laboratoires et ateliers - sous-sols bât 14 + 13 consolidation -sous-sols bât 4 : adaptation ( clim) pour activités informatiques ALICE, ATLAS / 350 kchf -Rénovation bât 168, 20 et 21pour DT -Projet à définir pour DT dans le cadre de la démolition du 102 ( prévision 2013 !) 7

8 entreposage,stockage et archivage - assainissement des sous-sol du hall 191 (600m2 pour ATLAS) - réorganisation zone 610 -185 Racks pour 600 palettes + 1200 m2 ( couverts et plein air) Base de données en collaboration avec GS - vidange (!) hall 133 ( ex stockage central) - Réorganisation archives PH dans espace libéré par le pool au bât 4 8

9 - archivages : essentiellement réorganisation entre bât 13-14, bât 3, bât 26 et bât 4 suite à déménagement du pool électronique 9

13 Politique AGS-SI Suivi contentieux sécurité Stockage/archivages douteux,occupation sous-sol, transparence labo-atelier. Contentieux Utilisateurs via ACCU Burotel, salles de conférences, mobiliers,. Prévention conflit entre Collaborations et Départements Comité des sites, GTPE,SPOB, GESLOC, délégation gestion bureaux. Continuité, anticipation, respect des délais de mise en oeuvre. Influence qualitative sur les services attendus du DEP GS 13
