The enterprise buy and sell industrial goods (in the same condition as purchased ), a pure trade process. M1 L’entreprise achète et revend le produit dans le même état qu’à l’achat The product (good) is processed outside the enterprise Le produit est fabriqué à l’extérieur de l’entreprise OR The enterprise (the principal) conceives the industrial goods (at least owns the legal rights) ... the transformation process is completely outsourced, the enterprise does not provide free inputs to the (sub)contractor L’entreprise (le donneur d’ordre) conçoit le produit (au minimum détient les droits légaux), la fabrication est entièrement externalisée, les intrants ne sont pas fournis gratuitement au sous-traitant. The enterprise (the contractor) owns the inputs; it's an operating expense in their accounts. If the principal supplies the inputs, it's not free of charge. The enterprise sells a good. M4 The enterprise makes itself the product (production physically carried out in the national territory) Le produit est fabriqué par l'entreprise (sur le territoire national) L’entreprise (sous-traitante) est propriétaires des intrants, leurs coûts figurent en charge dans sa comptabilité. Si le donneur d’ordre a fourni les intrants ce n’est pas à titre gratuit. L’entreprise vend un bien (à son donneur d’ordre) The enterprise (the contractor) manufactures the product. The enterprise doesn't own the inputs; there is no expense in enterprise accounts concerning inputs. The principal supplies the inputs free of charge OR performs treatment on an outside product (as coating of metal per example). Any enterprise, classified "model 5", sells an industrial service.
