Transnational issues = also questions concerning one subsidiary outside France that are a direct consequence of a decision or strategy of the group In the scope of the EWC are included subsidiaries controlled between 10 and 50% (Spanish Agbar) Consultation means dialogue and exchange of view at a time, in a manner and with content to enable employee representatives to express a relevant opinion based on the information provided. Consultation debates must allow employee representatives to express their opinion and management can respond. 2 annual meetings of EWC with 65 Members + 2 EIF Monthly select committee meetings Working groups for 3 subject areas & 3 branches (2m) Budget for expertise of 80,000 Euro 5 days trade union training + language training + Recognition of EWC skills Continuity of EWC until new EWC agreement is reached
