2°) Diagnostics étiologiques: Le premier diagnostic à évoquer systématiquement est une arthrite septique: Arthrite à pyogène Arthrite BK Arthrites microcristallines Rhumatismes inflammatoires (PR et SPAo) et connectivites +- infection post virale et post infectieuse

6 CAT devant une polyarthrite (>ou= à 4 articulations)
Éliminer en priorité une étiologie infectieuse (très rare mais à évoquer de principe) Endocardite d’osler Polyarthrite gonococcique ou à germes banals Borréliose de lyme et brucellose…

7 CAT devant une polyarthrite (>ou= à 4 articulations)
Polyarthrite microcristalline Rhumatisme inflammatoire débutant, connectivites et vascularites Rhumatisme paranéoplasique Rhumatisme post infectieux: virale ou post streptococcique
