2 ALLER + L’infinitif In French, to express what you are GOING TO DO at some point in the future, you use the CONJUGATED form of ALLER followed by the INFINITIVE of the verb that expresses the activity that will be taking place. Ex: Demain, je VAIS MANGER au restaurant. Cet après-midi, nous ALLONS ÉTUDIER à la bibliothèque.

3 To express that you are NOT going to do something, you place the NE…PAS around the CONJUGATED form of ALLER. EX: Je NE vais PAS voir un film demain. Elles NE vont PAS jouer au rugby.
