1 La norme Iso26000 La norme ISO définit comment les organisations peuvent et doivent contribuer au développement durable. Elle est publiée depuis le 1er novembre 2010. The norm Iso defines how organisations can and have to contribute to sustainable development. It started on the first of November ( two thousand and ten )

2 L'utilisation de la norme ISO 26000:
- Il donne des conseils (recommandations de type «... une organisation devrait ...») Il comprend les 7 questions centrales: gouvernance de l’organisation, les Droits de l'Homme, les relations et conditions de travail, l'environnement, la loyauté des pratiques, les questions relatives aux consommateurs, la communauté et le développement local. The use of the norm Iso : It gives advice (recommendation such as : an organisation should …) It gets 7 central questions : organisation governance, Human rights, work condition, faithful practices , question related to customer, community and local development.

4 Les objectifs de la norme ISO sont : Guider les organismes dans la prise en charge des responsabilités sociétales. Proposer un cadre pour : permettre la responsabilité sociétale identifier et dialoguer avec les parties prenantes crédibiliser la communication à propos de la responsabilité sociétale The aims of the ISO norm are : To guide organisations in the management of societal responsabilities. To offer a framework in order to allow societal responsability, to identify and exchange with stakeholders, to make credible communication concerning societal responsability.

5 Démarches ISO 26000 La norme ISO n'est pas une norme certifiable : Elle présente des lignes directrices pour tout type d'organisation cherchant à assumer la responsabilité des impacts de ses décisions, mais elle ne peut donner lieu à une certification. The norm Iso is not a norm that can be certified. It gives guiding lines for all kind of organisations which wants to assume the responsability of the impact of their decisions, but It cannot give any certification .

6 Elle peut cependant donner lieu :
à des évaluations. Ainsi, AFAQ ou VIGEO évaluent le degré de Responsabilité Sociale Ou à une labellisation : le label LUCIE est le seul label en France à se baser sur la norme ISO 26000 But it may give some assessments. For example , AFAQ or VIGEO assess the Social Responsability or lead to a certification ; The certification LUCIE is the only certification in France which is related to the Norm ISO 26000
