5 Préambule Ce n’est pas un standard
IHE n’est pas une SDO (standards development organization) IHE n’est pas un organisme de certification IHE n’organise pas uniquement des démonstrations IHE n’est pas restreint à la radiologie Avant d’entrer dans le vif du sujet, je crois utile de préciser ce que IHE n’est pas. IHE n’est pas un standard. Et corollaire, IHE n’est donc pas un SDO. On spécifie comment utiliser les standards existants. Ce n’est pas non plus le TUV ! On ne fait de certification. On organise une plateforme d’interopérabilité. Les démonstrations sont là pour aider à l’acceptation d’IHE (acceptation par les utilisateurs et les vendeurs). C’est la partie communication. Derrière il y a les TF, les connect-a-thons et les outils de test. Pas uniquement la radiologie. On en vient historiquement. Depuis Cardiologies, Laboratoires d’analyse, IT-Infrastructure, puis bientôt Anapath, Ophtalmologie, Dermatologie… Formation IHE France GMSIH Oct 2007

Faciliter l'interconnexion des logiciels et des équipements dans (et entre) les établissements de santé Automatiser la circulation des données entre les composants du système d’information hospitalier et les équipements des spécialités telle que la radiologie, le laboratoire, la cardiologie... IHE permet d'automatiser la circulation de l'information entre les équipements médicaux et les systèmes d'information hospitaliers. C'est dans ce but que utilisateurs (au travers du GMSIH et de la SFR) et industriels coopère pour résoudre les problèmes de connectivité et faire la promotion des solutions proposées L'initative IHE a été lancée en 1998 aux USA par les sociètés professionnelles de Radiologues (RSNA) et d'éditeurs de système d'information (HIMSS) Formation IHE France GMSIH Oct 2007

Un projet pluriannuel avec chaque année: Une extension des fonctionnalités démontrées Un test de connexion des produits des industriels participants au connect-a-thon Démonstrations publiques lors de congrès ou de salons IHE suit un processus itératif, avec chaque année : Une extension des fonctionnalités démontrées Un test de connexion des produits des industriels participants pendant le connect-a-thon. Pour la première fois, en Europe le connect-a-thon a rassemblé plus de 30 sociètés et environ 60 systèmes. Le GMSIH avait en charge l'organisation de ce connect-a-thon qui a eu lieu à Paris en Avril dernier. La brochure suivante vous résume les résultats de ce connect-a-thon. Le connect-a-thon a entre autre permis la préparation de plusieurs démonstrations. Une en Allemagne, 2 en France (HE et SFR) et une en Italie. Formation IHE France GMSIH Oct 2007
