Vous effectuez votre P.F.E. à CARREFOUR SAINT JUNIEN. Max, chef du rayon crèmerie vous confie la gestion des stocks selon la méthode du Premier Entré – Premier Sorti. 5 Maintenant que vous avez compris le principe de la méthode PEPS, Max vous confie la tenue des stocks de Camenbert. Il vous rappelle que l’on fait sortir en premier les articles achetés en premier. Il vous précise que chaque produit sort du stock au premier prix d’achat tant que le commerçant n’a pas épuisé ce premier lot d’articles. Il vous demande : De valoriser les sorties (selon la méthode PEPS), De valoriser les stocks.
