2 PENTHIFRA PLUS Objectif Evaluer la prophylaxie prolongée par fondaparinux 2,5 mg pendant 4 semaines versus 1 semaine, après fracture de la hanche. Etude Etude multicentrique, randomisée, menée en double aveugle auprès de 656 patients. Critères d’inclusion Patients opérés pour une fracture de la hanche et ayant déjà reçu 7 jours de traitement par fondaparinux. Méthodologie Bauer KA et al. Blood ASH / abstract 304.
