1) Optimisation de la RT de conformation Poumon, prostate, estomac, pancréas, hypophyse et tumeurs cérébrales, ORL, gynéco, foie. - PHRC 2003 : RTF1 Traitement du carcinome hépatocellulaire de petite taille par radiothérapie de conformation (Étude e phase II). (24 patients inclus)

STIC (52KE) : Imagerie fonctionnelle par TEP au FDG dans la stratégie de prise en charge et la définition des volumes tumoraux à irradier dans le cancer pulmonaire et la maladie de Hodgkin. (9 patients inclus)

STIC (105KE) : Programme de soutien des innovations diagnostiques et thérapeutiques : Radiothérapie asservie à la Respiration (RAR) : évaluation de la qualité balistique, prévention des séquelles après radiothérapie, évaluation médico-économique (sein, foie, poumon). (12 patients inclus)

2) RT de conformation avec modulation d’intensité : - STIC ORL (82KE) : Radiothérapie conformationnelle avec Modulation d’Intensité des cancers bronchiques : prévention des séquelles salivaires, assurance qualité et évaluation médico-economique. Etude multicentrique. (19 patients inclus ) - Etude sur fantôme évaluant l’impact du mouvement sur la distribution de la dose d’irradiation en RCMI

3) RT-CT (8 études) - ADK rectal - ADK pancréas - Cancers ORL - Cancers bronchiques PHRC : Etude de trois modalités de traitement pré-opératoire dans le cancer bronchique non à petites cellules de stade IIIA (T1- 3, N2) opérable et résécable (IFCT0101). (25 patients inclus)
