25 Paris, 25 Mai 2009 Prochain appel Cancer (Efficacy Pillar) Molecular biomarkers - accelerating cancer therapy development and refining patient care Research is needed for the characterization of predictive, prognostic and phamacodynamic biomarkers to address a range of topics including the characterization of circulating and disseminated tumour cells, cancer stem cell collection, characterization and expension in vitro, the identification of markers defining tumour heterogeneity and response to therapy. The standardisation of analytical methods and data retention and sharing following common data standards should be addressed. 15 Sept. 2009 23
