4 Fréquence de l’HTA masquée
SHEAF : 11 % des hypertendus âgés de 70 ans OHASAMA : 23 % d’une population générale PAMELA : 9 % (MAPA) - 12 % (Automesure) dans une population générale ANBP 2 : 13 % (PAS ambulatoire) et 24 % (PAD ambulatoire) des hypertendus âgés. Lurbe : 6 % enfants normotendus ! VARIABLE : 9-24 % des hypertendus

5 SHEAF : chez qui rechercher une HTA masquée ?
Dans SHEAF, la pratique d’une AMT chez les patients dont la PAS de consultation est comprise entre 130 et 140 mm Hg permet de dépister 84 % des HTA masquées. Mallion J Hypertension 2006.
