THINGS TO CONSIDER : -Selection of students -Admission examination and requirement -English proficiency -Funding -Obligation on the student and the Haitian government after the students are finished with their education -Others

Goals : -To propose a plan that is collaborative, well coordinated,practical and sustainable. -To train existing health care professional to meet the current and long term needs of the haitian people given the new problems faced by the haitian people after earthquake -Explore a system of training either with specialist coming to Haiti to train health care professionals or through clinical rotations in the US to train doctors and other health professionals in crisis and mental health management and leadership,rehabilitation,public health,emergency training,etc

GOALS : Develop a plan that will address issues such as: -Rebuilding educationaland treatment facilities with the techinal backbone to accommodate 21th century treatment and education delivery(telehealth, telemedecine) -Accreditation and licensing standards for professionals schools and treatment facilities -Communication strategy so that volunteers, healths care teams,supplies and equipments are better coordinated with accurate inventory that can more accurately and specifically allocate the ressources with more precision so as to reduce redundancy in supplies and health care volunteers -An inventory will need to be done and a coordinated system to bring future volunteers and supplies based on actual needs.
