2 In every sphere of life, we need advice of the experts in that field.

3 Likewise, in the matter of Islamic laws, we must obey the rulings of the experts of that law. Taqleed means obeying Islamic Laws according to the ruling of a Mujtahid.

4 Mujtahid is an expert in the ruling of Islamic Laws.

5 Muqallid is a person who does Taqleed, that is follows the orders of the Mujtahid.

6 Nous sommes actuellement au Taqlîd de Ayatoullah Al Ouzamà Seyed Ali Al Housseini As Sîstàni (de Najaf, Iraq).

7 Quand on atteint le Boulough (être bàligh), l’on doit faire le Niyyat de suivre tous les verdicts d’un Ayatoullah en matière de pratique religieuse. A partir d’aujourd’hui, je fais le taqlid de Ayatoullah Sistani Qourbatan Ilallah

8 Les filles deviennent Bàligh à l’âge islamique de neuf ans (selon le calendrier lunaire) alors tous les Wàdjibàt deviennent applicables sur elles. BOULOUGH

9 Les garçons sont baligh à 15 ans révolus.
