5 2007-02-20 WATERSIDE KEY POLICY Please Note 1. Keys will only be given out to authorized members (directors, manager & staff). 2. Authorized personnel may enter a unit in an emergency, such as fire, flooding, injury, death, or for a planned project. 3. Sign-out sheet will be posted on the Office key box; all authorized persons must sign out for keys. 4. Keys need to be returned to the Office by the end of the same business day by 4:00 p.m.

6 2007-02-20 WATERSIDE KEY POLICY Please Note 5. The key cabinet in the Office will be locked at all times. 6. If you request interior pest control by the exterminator, the Office will sign out a key to the exterminator. 7. All owners will be held responsible to provide keys for vendors, service repair persons, deliveries, etc. to their own units.
