Use some negatives: je ne fumerai pas I will not smoke je ne me droguerai jamais I will never do drugs je ne boirai pas trop d’alcool I will not drink too much alcohol je ne mangerai plus de bonbons I will not eat sweets anymore je ne mangerai que de bonne nourriture I will only eat good food.
