2 10 février 20162 Principales Responsabilités UtilisateurLog base/ Log-AdminCoordo log /IT Général 5-Former les utilisateurs et s'assurer de la bonne utillisation du matériel 12-Former les Logs et vérifier leur travail 13-Donner les moyens aux Logs de faire leur travail 14-Améliorer la gestion informatique Utilisation de l'ordinateur 1-Assurer la sécurité de l'ordinateur Maintenance préventive 2-Effectuer la mise à jour de l'antivirus 6-S'assurer de la bonne qualité de la source électrique 7-Fournir la mise à jour aux utilisateurs et s'assurer qu'elle est faite Sécurité de l'information 3–Faire la sauvegarde8-Donner les moyens aux utilisateurs de faire leur sauvegarde En cas de problème technique 4-Remonter l'information au Log 9-Résoudre problèmes de niveau 1 10-Centraliser les infos et demander du support à Paris 11-Informer le Logco 15-Envoyer les laptops à Paris pour maintenance
