8 Define which will be your key- picture… By 'key-picture' we intend one of the pictures of the photo-story that if only this image would remain, then it will be enough to understand the service solution… List your arguments why it is a key-picture and check if it is really understandable and self- standing… A key-picture of a photo-story is a self-standing picture that tells most of the service journey in itself…

9 Check list for photo-story shooting According to the storyboard, make a complete checklist of the material required and the pictures to take… Ask yourself if it is feasible?

10 DRAFT PHOTO-STORY: LIVRABLES POUR LE 18/2/14  Les esquisses du photo-story en 6 images (papier) avec chaque champ rempli;  L'argumentaire pour l'image-clé (laquelle? Comment elle peut constituer une image-clé? Etc. - Papier);  Les légendes des 6 images (200 caractères – format numérique).

14 Photo-story shooting “mise en scene” Create a staging, “mise en scene”so that you can create the atmosphere you need... On the left picture a real countryside... ? Countryside......or city?

15 Photo-story “Art Direction” To get meaningful and vivid pictures, some acting direction tips... light check meaningful accessories action like in a movie an “art director” advices to act expression of people point of view choice

16 Result A purchase group Photo-story 1. Charlotte is making the order list of the purchase group and the mail to the producer.... 2. She is collecting the food at the producer’s place... 3. When she arrives some neighbours come to help her to carry the food... 4. Then in her kitchen they take the food they ordered... 5. The other members of the street are also coming to her place... 6. Josephine can not move easily so Charlotte takes her the food at third floor... 7. Maria cooks a soup. She proposes to the neighbours to come to taste it...

25 FINAL PHOTO-STORY: LIVRABLES POUR LE 18/3/14  Le photo-story en format numérique (6 slides avec photo + légende en anglais insérée en Powerpoint ou OpenOffice – pas de pdf…) sur clé USB et imprimé A4  Un court texte de présentation de votre service (1500 caractères en anglais – suivant le plan: contexte / innovation / fonctionnement / bénéfices (sociaux/environnementaux/économiques) + photo de l'équipe sur clé USB et imprimé A4  Les images utilisées en résolution maximum (.tif) sur clé USB  L'accord de session de droit à l'image signé par toutes les personnes figurant sur les images en format papier

26 Ne pas oublier de faire signer un accord de session de droit à l'image par toutes les personnes figurant sur les photos!!!
