The ‘me’ really means ‘myself’ Je me Je me works if we want to talk about ourselves, but what if we want to ask other people, or talk about what other people do?.

Start with what we know: Jeme lève We need to change the word ‘I’ to the word for ‘you’. Tu Now we need to change the ‘me’ from ‘myself’ to ‘yourself’. Any guesses? te Finally we need to change the verb. It’s a regular –er verb, so what do we do to it? s
