Improvement of the RADM  The RADM is the consolidated abstraction of existing data elements and their relationship found in databases produced for use in Aircrew Mission Training and similar applications (mainly air and some aspects of ground forces (for SAF)).  One use of the RADM is providing a way to express the data at the end of each stage in the RPM  At the end of each of these stages, not all the data that is needed in the final database may be available or present, but the RADM can still be used to identify the data elements at that point in the process, although some of the elements in the RADM will be empty or unpopulated.  The main goal of the RADM, however, is to provide a model for the entirety of the data that would be found at the end of the database generation process, just prior to the runtime database creation stage.
