En conséquence de quoi et conformément aux dispositions relatives au droit à l’image et au droit au nom, j’autorise mon employeur ou toute société du Groupe Pierre Fabre qu’il souhaiterait se subsituer, à fixer, reproduire et communiquer au public les photographies prises dans le cadre des présentes et ce, sans aucune contrepartie financière. Les photographies pourront être exploitées et utilisées directement par la société Pierre Fabre Médicament ou par toute autre société du Groupe Pierre Fabre qu’elle souhaiterait se substituer, sous toute forme et tous supports matériels ou immatériels connus et inconnus à ce jour, dans le monde entier, sans aucune limitation, intégralement ou par extraits, pour la durée de mon contrat de travail et cinq ans au-delà qu’elle que soit la cause de la fin dudit contrat. Les droits concernés par les présentes comprennent notamment : Le droit de reproduire et d’adapter les photographies, en tout ou partie, dans les journaux et périodiques y compris les fascicules édités par le Groupe Pierre Fabre, ou sous toute forme analogue existante ou à venir. Le droit de reproduire et d’adapter les photographies, en tout ou partie, sur les sites internet du Groupe Pierre Fabre ou sous toute forme analogue existante ou à venir. Le droit de reproduire et d’adapter les photographies sous forme d’édition électronique, en particulier en cédérom, CD-photo, CD-I et DVD ou tout autre procédé analogue existant ou à venir. Les éventuels commentaires ou légendes accompagnant la reproduction ou représentation de ces photographies ne devront pas porter atteinte à ma réputation ou ma vie privée. I consent and authorize PIERRE FABRE MEDICAMENT and/or any designee to use i.e to reproduce, represent or adapt any and all rights attached to my voice, my picture, my name, under any format/file type and on any medium, existing or not, analogical or numerical, material (digital, film, DVD, CD, tape, DVDcam, USB key, memory card or all technical device existing or not and all paper medium as magazine or communication on points of sale) or immaterial (internet or intranet), for an unlimited number and in any language, both for an internal use for the attention of colleagues’ PIERRE FABRE Group and an external use for the attention of its visitors, and more generally for general public and professionals. I further agree that my picture and my voice can be adapted, represented and reproduced in whole or part, in association or not with other pre-existing element, by being embedded with logo or written comments and/or by being post-synchronized with or without a sound including an off screen voice or musical work. This authorizations are given free of charge to PIERRE FABRE MEDICAMENT and/or by its designee for any use made by it directly and indirectly through any third party, worldwide and for a period of 15 years. I further agree and consent that PIERRE FABRE MEDICAMENT and/or any designee are not responsible for any misappropriation of the photos, videos, film, and/or audio recordings by any member of the general public or anyone else. Comments and/or legends on the photography’s reproduction and adaptation mustn’t harm my reputation or my private life. I guarantee that I am not bound by an exclusive contract for the use of my image and my voice.
