Planning S176 General Current situation SercAL planning v0.9 based on maintenance windows planning v7 One week extension will be used by S176 to: Anticipate 1.8K maintenance to provide more compact intervention compared to initial planning Anticipate shipment for MR major overhauling and extend MR and/or SR maintenance windows Plan tasks to avoid critical path beginning of 2018, in coordination with OP. ML-OPeration Activities For the YETS period ML staff has to cope with additional loads for : The LOCAL supervision of the Non LHC Operation Teams for: Facilities shutdown and consignation (Nov., Dec.) Facilities Restarts January : SM18, 163, 165, Feb/March : CAST, Coldex, April/may : CMS RD5, Atlas H8, NA61 1&2 The commissioning of new facilities or consolidations from ME or CE on existing facilities WAT, COMPASS, HIE ISOLDE, BA6, (CPC6 migrations) (from January till April) ML-OP : 25% (4 Staff) ML-OP : 75% (3 Staffs)
