Catch phrase! (Modified) Divide the class into groups Give each group a bag with the words cut into strips One member of the team pulls out a word and describes it in French until the others guess the word When the others guess, pass the bag to another member, who describes another word Time each round for about 2 minutes. Winner = the group with the most words Play several rounds

Qu’est-ce qui se passera dans le futur? Partners – One student will face the screen, one student will not. The student facing the screen is the fortune teller. The fortune teller will see several images representing the future of their partner. They will tell their partner, in French what their future will be like. (Tu feras…) Partners may draw/write their future so they can remember main ideas. Before turning to see the screen, call on several students to explain what will happen in their future (je ferai…) MODEL THIS BEFORE BEGINNING!
Décrivez-dessinez: what will they do? partner 1 looks at pictures and describes them to partner 2 using vocabulary and the future simple partner 2 draws what they hear while NOT looking at the board partner 2 shows drawing and reports back to partner 1 before looking at the board switch roles and repeat
For the question mark, they should make up their own idea for the future
