EXPRESSIONS  Faire-Takes a different verb in English. Idiomatic expressions are un-able to have a direct translation from one language to another.  Aller- An irregular verb that consists of a y if the place you are going to does not get mentioned in your French sentence.  Avoir- An irregular verb and is used in forming passé composé.  Être- Can express motion and can be used to replace avoir in passé composé.
