Il a l’air d’être assuré cependant en réalité il est effrayé. Il aime jouer au foot avec sa sœur et ses copains mais il déteste la guerre parce qu’il adore son papa et son papa est soldat.

L’objectif de l’affiche de propagande que nous avons choisi est de faire croire aux Français qu’ils sortiront vainqueurs de cette guerre et qu’elle s’avère bientôt terminée. Cela sous-entend que les hommes seront de retour dans leur foyer. Cette affiche inspire donc de l’espoir et une gloire proche. Elle est destinée à tous ceux qui sont restés dans les villes et les villages, aux Français ne se trouvant pas sur le champ de bataille. Afin de persuader le destinataire l’auteur utilise un dessin très représentatif et marquant, les couleurs vives et l’effet de sang accrochent l’œil. De plus, il place tout en haut d’un amas de pierre une croix et un aigle sanguinolent, deux symboles qui représentent l’Allemagne, une Allemagne dominatrice mais blessée et bientôt rattrapée par un soldat semble-t-il bien peu amoché. La représentation du français seul sur les pierres contre cinq Allemands qui le suivent simplifie d'autant plus l'idée de gagner cette guerre. Le français parait sur de lui et nettement plus déterminé que les allemands le sont. L’Allemagne serait donc sur le point de perdre sa place.
